In Pictures: Changing seasons at Denver Street

Construction crews have been working aggressively on the Seasons at Denver Street, on the northeast corner of 400 South and Denver Street.  Since the last photo update, less than two months ago, the project’s final three floors have been nearly framed out, with just the south portion remaining to be framed.

The 92-unit development will consist of 68 one-bedroom units and 28 two-bedroom units.  Amenities will include a theater, hot tub, sun deck and a business and fitness center.

The heavy construction is winding down for the Seasons at Denver Street and its neighbor, the 189-unit, Encore Apartments; just as it begins for the nearby Steve Black Apartments, at the intersection of 400 South and 400 East.

All three projects are less than block of each other along 400 South and will add a combined 391 residential units to the 400 South corridor.
