Two separate townhome projects are nearing completion in the Central City and Liberty Wells neighborhoods.  Both infill projects add new density and replace vacant or underutilized land.

The Trolley Condominiums, on the west side of 500 South block of Denver Street, consists of eight townhome-style condominiums.  Each unit is three stories tall with a garage.  The condominiums are a block from the mid-rise residential cluster emerging along 400 South.

The Liberty Park Place townhomes, on the east side of the 1300 South block of 500 East, will be six live/work units at three stories tall with three bedrooms, a two car garage and ground level office space.  The project is just half a block from Liberty Park.
