In Pictures: Progress on Marmalade area Missing Middle Projects

The Grove at Marmalade:

Just east of the new Marmalade Branch of the Salt Lake City Library on 500 North at Arctic Court is the site of the under-construction, The Grove at Marmalade. The project is by Everest Builders.  With floorplans from 2,600 to 3,100 square feet, the 12 large single-family attached homes are expected to list in the upper $600,000s, on average, when sales commence in mid-September. Completion is now expected in late 2018 with the completion of the final units possibly slipping into 2019.

Marmalade Courtyards:

Located further north along 300 West at Reed Ave (750 North) is NeighborWorksMarmalade Courtyards project.  The project includes 23 new-construction townhomes and the conversion of two existing building on-site into seven condos.  The townhomes range in size from 996 to 1,039 square feet and completion is expected this fall.  Sales prices are expected to start at $320,000.  The condos in the rehabilitated buildings are the affordable housing component of this project and will come on line after the townhouses are completed.  The condo rehabs are expected to list between $175,000 and $215,000.
