Wilmington Gardens nearing its debut in Sugar House

Exterior work on the Wilmington Gardens development is mostly completed. The 212 residential unit, mixed-use project includes two-story modern town-homes that face Hidden Hollow and two mixed-use buildings at two-stories and seven-stories respectively.

The large mixed-use development will provide a public plaza that also serves as another entry point to Hidden Hollow and Sugar House park, via the Sugar House Draw.

The project’s residential component will be a mix of townhomes, student housing and affordable and market rate rental units. The main building will also have administrative and academic space for Westminster College.
